Frosting Friday

It's has been a quite some time since I've posted a "Frosting Friday".  So this post is long over due!

I hosted Bunko in October and made this super sweet and delicious dessert.  It is very easy to make and it's a crowd pleaser!

Caramel Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 bag of mini-snickers candies, cut into fourths
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cool whip, thawed
carmel topping
1 apple, diced

Layer the bottom of the pie crust with the diced Snickers candy.  In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.  Next add the sweetened condensed milk to the mixture, mixing well.  Finally fold in the cool whip.  Spoon this mixture over the candy.  Top with caramel topping, remaining Snickers, and apple.  Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

I had a few other fun treats too!  Of course, I went for a Halloween theme!

Now that Halloween has kicked off the holiday season I am loving the decorations.  I love decorating for the holidays.  Now I'm ready to take down all the fall decor and decorate for Christmas!

My favorite decoration - The USM pumpkin I carved!  I found the stencil on Pinterest!
