Kristen, Margie and I took a class a couple of weeks ago at the Viking Cooking School. We did this last summer for my birthday, it was so much fun that we had to enroll in another class this summer.
The class was "Girls Night Out: The Islands". We prepared Jamaican jerk chicken skewers, tamarind-glazed shrimp, crisp green salad with mango vinaigrette, and white chocolate banana tart and caramel sauce. It was a delicious menu and a fun night!
There were two great ladies in our group, Michelle and Richelle! They love the Viking Cooking School just as much us we do. We hope to take another class with them again soon!
