December 2017 was fun, fun! We had a big snow day in Mississippi! It snowed ALL DAY! We had about 6 inches of snow, and The Weather Channel said it was the most snow fall since 1895 in South Mississippi! Wow!!
I always love to have a baking day in December! I make lots of Christmas treats and use them for Christmas get-togethers and gifts. Here are some highlights from Christmas baking 2017!
Mack's team had a tacky sweater Christmas party too! We obviously love a tacky sweater!
At school, we do a "Tacky Christmas Sweater Day". Teachers make donations to wear their Christmas sweaters and we take all the donations to buy Christmas gifts for students in need, and we look fun doing it! We also had a fun pajama day and I loved reading "The Polar Express" to some sweet Kindergarteners.
Christmas is my favorite time of year, I love all the Christmas decor, buying and wrapping gifts and celebrating the birth of Jesus! It's the most wonderful time of the year!
Here are my Christmas decorations. They are pretty much the same from year to year, but I like to document so I can go back and look at them myself :)
I love Christmas cards! We received enough this year to have them in three areas in our home! Keep them coming, I save them from year to year and they're one of my favorite parts of the season!!

We had several Christmas celebrations and loved being with friends and family this holiday season!
We went to New Orleans on Christmas Eve Eve to watch North Carolina basketball play in the CBS Classic!

We ended December and 2017 with a fun dinner on New Year's Eve. NYE is always special to us because we first met one another on NYE and we got engaged on NYE! So it's a special day and fun to ring in the new year!
