Mack and I met last New Year's Eve (2012) for the first time. So this New Year's Eve we celebrated our one year anniversary!
We had a great dinner in Jackson
Then decided we would go to Madison to try out ice skating. I think we both thought we'd be able to at least float around the ice once…..well…..

We got some good pics before getting on the ice. It should have been an indicator that I would be horrible at this when I had a hard time standing up for this picture while still on the grass!
O.M.G. This was so funny, I had no control from the knees down. Remember that scene in Bambi when Bambi slides onto the ice and all of his legs collapse under him?! Well, just envision that scene and a girl with sequins! Totally out of control!
We stayed on the ice long enough to pose for a picture and quickly exited before someone got hurt, ha! As you can see we are hugging the wall!!
But fun all the same! Happy 2014 and Happy One Year to Us!
