Trick or Treat!

Happy Halloween!! In the weeks and days leading up to Halloween I got to do one of my favorite things...bake! Although it completely took over my kitchen and I stayed up late baking and decorating cookies it was lots of fun!

    How do you make picture collages like the cookie one above? Do you use a template or a certain program?
