Decking the Halls

I luckily had the entire week off for Thanksgiving and used that time to put out some Christmas decor.  I love decorating and enjoy putting my decorations out early enough to enjoy them throughout the Christmas season.

Black and Gold Christmas Tree

I love Southern Miss so a few years ago I started collecting all black and gold ornaments to decorate my tree.  I am also a sports fan and love baseball, so there are a few baseball ornaments.  My family is originally from New Orleans, so I had to have a few fleur de lis in the mix too.

New addition: A canvas I painted at Easley Amused

I made this ornament wreath several years ago, all you need is a straw wreath, glass ornaments, and hot glue.  I love any project that involves hot glue!

I just love this little gold tree and it was a bargain!  Only $8 at Wal-Mart!

Mantle Garland, love a little bling!

I found this beautiful crystal and mistletoe combination at Hallmark several years ago.  It's pretty and always catches the light just right.

The pre-lit garland was a "Black Friday Door Buster", a shopping post is in the works!
