Earlier this school year I was selected as "Teacher of the Year" for my school. I was excited and honored. This week my school district hosted a banquet and honored all the teachers that were selected throughout our district. I was privileged to be chosen and am fortunate to have such a fun and rewarding career. The school year is winding down and summer is quickly approaching. It is bittersweet, of course we all are looking forward to summer, but its sad to see the students move on. Many of them have decided that they'll just stay in Kindergarten another year with "Ms. Marzoni" and forget about first grade. I don't think that plan will go over real well! ha!
